Nepenthes "Rokko" X stenophylla is hybrid I received from a private grower that most likely originated from Exotica Plants. I had two unrooted cuttings of which one survived. They both rooted but one of them didn't make it through winter and perished. The tag seems to be missing from the pot so I'm going from memory as to the exact lineage. There's definitely N. stenophylla in it. When I looked at photos of this hybrid, most had lower pitchers that had definite N. Rokko coloration so this leads me to believe that mine is producing uppers or is altogether a different hybrid. Now that it is settled in it's growing with my other highlanders outdoors and doing just fine. There's not a lot of information on this hybrid and I haven't seen it available for quite some time but that's not unusual with Exotica hybrids. Some cuttings only come around once a year or longer, and then are in limited supply.
