Nepenthes maxima X Pisacho is a complex hybrid between all highlanders. N. X Pisacho is a hybrid between N. tobaica and N. talangensis. I got this plant as an extra from the Leilani Hapu'u Nursery in Hawaii. I don't know if Sam made this hybrid or someone else did. I know very little about the plant. It appears to be a size 3 plant that would indicate that it came from seed. So maybe Leilani made this hybrid himself. I'll have to ask Sam about it. But for now I grow it outdoors as a typical highlander. It appears easy going and adjusted quickly to my outdoor conditions. As I get more experience and information about this hybrid I'll update the page.
